My Story
Art and design have been the joy of my life!
For me it all started when I was 12 years old. From drawing and painting to graphic design and furniture design. I love that art and design are dynamic and constantly evolving.
I live in Seattle, WA and I am originally from Mexico City. My greatest artistic influence has been David Alfaro Siqueiros. He was a Mexican painter and is best known for his large public murals using the latest in equipment, materials, and technique. His interest in the human form (especially the accentuation of body angles, muscles, and joints) can be seen throughout his career. He studied in The Academy of San Carlos and I had the privilege to study the human figure in the same academy. My work has been exhibit at Soumaya Museum in Mexico City for an auction.
At the same time, I studied Graphic Design and realized I belonged on both journeys. Years later, I began a career in furniture design.
Founded and co-founded of graphic design and interior design companies. I have traveled to different countries and look for inspiration like Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico and around Asia (China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam).
For those who have artistic talent, passion can grow in any creative area if you’re open to learning and exploring the unknown. For me, painting, graphic design, and furniture design feed my soul.
Thank you!
